Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CoreVestP website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, investors, and institutional clients. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Risk Warning
All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency investments are particularly volatile and may result in total loss of capital.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience extreme price fluctuations
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- Past performance of any investment strategy does not guarantee future results
- CoreVestP does not guarantee any specific returns or investment outcomes
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
- You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Accept responsibility for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
KYC and AML Compliance
CoreVestP complies with all applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to:
- Provide all necessary identification documents and information as requested
- Complete identity verification within specified timeframes
- Consent to background checks and fraud prevention screening
- Report any changes to your personal information promptly
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to complete KYC verification or violate AML policies. We may report suspicious activities to regulatory authorities as required by law.
Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of our Services. All fees are disclosed on our platform and may be updated from time to time. We will provide notice of material fee changes.
Management Fees
0.5% annually for portfolios under $100,000
0.35% for $50,000-$500,000
0.25% for $500,000+
Trading Fees
Crypto: 0.1% per transaction
Stocks: Zero commission
No deposit/withdrawal fees
Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our Services after fee changes constitutes acceptance.
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Illegal Activities
Money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing
Market Manipulation
Wash trading, spoofing, pump and dump schemes
Unauthorized Access
Hacking, scraping, or bypassing security measures
IP Infringement
Copying or distributing our proprietary content
Violation Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of CoreVestP or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreVestP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our Services
- Any investment losses incurred through use of our platform
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Survival: Sections regarding investment risks, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreVestP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to our Services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your use of our Services caused damage to a third party
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
